Please don’t forget it! We operate a strict no membership, no entry policy. If you have forgotten your ID number, Login to your account and check your membership details.
Sorry, no children under 8
We are classed as a warehouse and usually this would mean no under 18s, however we are able to extend membership to ages 16 and over. Children under the age of 8 are not allowed in store due to our insurance restrictions. We can admit children aged 8-15 years but they must be supervised by an adult at all times, if these conditions are not met you will be asked to leave the store.
